Our workmanship warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect

  • Damage caused by accidents or acts of nature

  • Improper maintenance

  • Modifications or repairs performed by others after project completion

  • Manufacturer defects or product failures

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Every project requires planning, scheduling, administrative work, and, in many cases, the purchase of materials before work begins.

For this reason, deposits are generally non-refundable and are applied toward project-related costs.

By accepting and signing a proposal, the customer acknowledges that it is a binding agreement.

If a project is canceled before work begins, any refund of a deposit will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Tryumf Home Services. Factors such as scheduling commitments, administrative work, permits, special-order materials, and other expenses already incurred will be taken into consideration.

If work has already begun, the customer is responsible for payment for all labor performed, materials purchased, and services rendered through the date of cancellation.

Our goal is always to work fairly and reasonably with our customers while respecting the time, planning, and resources invested in every project.

Licensing & Insurance

Tryumf Home Services is fully licensed, insured, and bonded.

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage to help protect both our clients and our team throughout the duration of each project.

Proof of licensing and insurance is available upon request.
